Vegan pancakes


In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

In a separate bowl, combine the milk, vanilla essence and olive oil.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until a batter is created.

Add 1 tsp of olive oil to a pan on a medium-high heat. Pour approx 3 tbsp of the batter into the pan.

Cook for 1-2 minutes until it begins to bubble, then flip and cook for a further minute.

Continue this process with the rest of the mixture, then serve with toppings of your choice.


125g plain flour

2 tbsp caster sugar

1 tsp baking powder

240ml oat milk

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp salt
