Tasty Onion And Cauliflower Dip
Put the stock in a pot, add cauliflower and onion, heat up over medium heat and cook for 30 minutes. Drain.
Add chilli powder, salt, pepper, cumin and garlic powder and stir.
Also, add cream cheese and stir a bit until it melts.
Blend using an immersion blender and mix with the mayo.
Transfer to a bowl and keep in the fridge for 2 hours before you serve it.
Serve with veg sticks.
350ml chicken stock
1 cauliflower head, florets separated
120g onion, chopped
170g cream cheese
½ tsp chilli powder
½ tsp cumin, ground
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to the taste
