High Protein Grilled Chicken Breast With Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Combine 4 tbsp of the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, honey, and garlic powder in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
Grill chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
While the chicken is cooking, preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.
In a separate bowl, toss brussels sprouts with the remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
Serve chicken with roasted brussels sprouts on the side.
