Slow Cooker Squash And Lentil Soup
Instructions
Add all ingredients except spinach to your slow cooker and mix well.
Simmer on a low heat for 2 hours
Remove the bay leaf.
Add chopped spinach and stir until softened.

1.5 litres of vegetable broth
1 large onion, diced
1 peeled and diced butternut squash
240g brown lentils
2 tsp minced garlic
1 bay leaf
½ tsp ground nutmeg
240g spinach, chopped
½ tsp of salt
