Energy Balls
Instructions
Remove the pits from the dates and add them to a food processor. Blend for a few seconds.
Scrape down the sides of the food processor and then add the rest of the ingredients
Blend again until everything is combined
Next, roll the mixture into 13 balls and place on a tray or plate
Refrigerate the balls for 30 minutes to allow them to harden slightly before eating. Keep stored in the fridge
