High Protein Low Carb BLT Wrap With Turkey Bacon


Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and cook the turkey bacon until crispy, approximately 3-4 minutes per side. Set aside on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.

In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create a flavoured mayonnaise.

To assemble the wrap, place a lettuce leaf on the wrap, followed by a few slices of tomato and avocado. Spread a thin layer of flavoured mayonnaise on top.

Crumble 2 slices of turkey bacon on top of the vegetables, and wrap the tortilla tightly around the fillings.

Repeat steps 3-4 with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.

4 low carb wrap tortillas

4 lettuce leaves

2 medium tomatoes, sliced

1 avocado, sliced

60g mayonnaise

1 tsp of garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste
