High Protein Blueberry, Banana, And Almond Butter Smoothie
Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed.
Blend on high speed until smooth.
If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk or ice cubes until desired consistency is reached.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
240g frozen blueberries
1 ripe banana
2 tbsp almond butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
120ml unsweetened almond milk
120g plain Greek yoghurt
1 tsp honey (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
ice cubes (optional)
