High Protein Grilled Chicken Salad With Avocado And Pumpkin Seeds
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
Remove chicken from the grill and let to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad, avocado, pumpkin seeds and sliced chicken.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
Serve and enjoy!
