High Protein Turkey Chilli With Avocado And Sour Cream
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add onion, red and green peppers, and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent, stirring occasionally.
Add minced turkey to the pot and brown, making sure to break up any clumps.
Add chilli powder, cumin, oregano, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper to the pot. Stir to combine.
Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and chicken broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until thickened.
To serve, ladle chilli into bowls and top with avocado and sour cream.
