High Protein Corned Beef & Radish Hash
In a large frying pan over medium heat, heat the olive oil. When the oil is nice and hot, fry the onions and radishes, along with the salt and pepper, for about 5 minutes, or just until the radishes are tender when pierced with a fork.
Stir in the garlic powder, oregano, and corned beef until all of the ingredients are properly combined. Reduce the heat to medium-low, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring at regular intervals to prevent burning.
When the radishes start to brown around the edges, firmly press the mixture into the bottom of the pan with a spatula or spoon. Bring the heat up to high, and cook for an additional 3 minutes, or until the bottom is a crispy golden brown.
Scrape the hash onto 4 plates, and serve hot.
