Mexican Pork Burger


In a bowl, combine the mince, breadcrumbs, spring onion, paprika, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Once fully combined, shape into two patties.

Add the vegetable oil to a pan on a medium heat, then place the patties in the pan.

Cook for 5 minutes on each side, then use a spatula to push the patties down.

Slice the brioche buns and add salad of your choice along with the patties. Serve.


250g pork mince

2 brioche rolls

30g breadcrumbs

1 spring onion, finely sliced

1 tsp paprika

15ml soy sauce

2 tbsp vegetable oil

Salt and pepper to taste
