High Protein Salmon With Roasted Asparagus


Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.

Prepare the asparagus by trimming the woody ends and coating with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Place on a baking sheet and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until tender.

While the asparagus is roasting, prepare the salmon by seasoning with paprika, salt, and pepper.

Heat the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add the salmon to the frying pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side

Serve the salmon with the roasted asparagus.


4 salmon fillets

450g asparagus

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

salt and pepper to taste
