Breakfast Bagel
Instructions
Heat the grill and cook the bacon for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway.
Once the bacon has cooked, spread the cream cheese over both halves on the bagel. Top one side with the bacon and avocado, then season with pepper.
Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat and crack the egg. Season with salt and pepper and fry for 2-3 minutes until the white has set.
Place the egg on top of the avocado and serve.

2 bacon rashers
½ avocado, sliced
1 egg
25g cream cheese
1 tsp olive oil
