High Protein courgette Noodles With Turkey Meatballs
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, almond flour, parsley, garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and form into 16 meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a large nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 4-5 minutes.
Add marinara sauce to the frying pan and stir to coat the meatballs. Reduce heat to low, cover the frying pan and simmer until the meatballs are cooked through, about 10 minutes.
While the meatballs are cooking, spiralize the courgette into noodles using a spiralizer or a peeler.
Heat a separate nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Add the courgette noodles and cook until tender, about 2-3 minutes.
Serve the courgette noodles with the turkey meatballs on top. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
