High Protein Spinach And Feta Egg Wrap


In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs with the fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.

Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Once heated, add the spinach leaves and lightly sauté for 30 seconds until wilted.

Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan , spreading it evenly. Allow to cook for 1-2 minutes over medium-low heat until the eggs start to set.

Once the eggs are almost fully cooked, sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top. Use a spatula to carefully fold the egg wrap in half, placing the cheese on the inside. Cook for an additional minute until the feta is melted and the eggs are fully cooked.

Transfer the egg wrap to a plate and serve immediately.


2 large eggs

85g baby spinach leaves

85g crumbled feta cheese

1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley or dill)

Salt and pepper to taste
