High Protein Steak Fajita Lettuce Wraps
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add sliced steak and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
Add sliced pepper and onion to the frying pan and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until vegetables are softened.
Season with chilli powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
Serve the fajita mixture in individual lettuce leaves and top with optional toppings if desired.
450g flank steak, sliced into thin strips
1 red pepper, sliced into thin strips
1 onion, sliced into thin strips
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 head of lettuce, leaves separated
Optional toppings: diced avocado, shredded cheese, salsa
