Jerk Salmon and Avocado


In a bowl, mix together the allspice, paprika, oil, lime juice, cayenne, salt and pepper. Marinade the salmon in the mix and leave for 10 minutes.

Heat the grill and cook the salmon on a medium-high heat for 10 minutes, turning halfway.

Serve with the salad and sliced avocado.


1 salmon fillet

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp allspice

1 tsp paprika

¼ tsp cayenne pepper

Juice ¼ lime
