Roast Salmon and Pesto Sauce
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius and line a tray with baking paper.
Place the salmon on the baking sheet, then spoon the pesto evenly on top of each piece.
In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and parmesan. Then sprinkle the mix over the salmon.
Cook for 12-15 minutes, then serve with a side of your choice.
