Cheesy Scrambled Keto Eggs
Whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl until properly combined.
Melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. When the butter has melted, scrape the egg mixture into the pan, and cook for a few minutes until the eggs begin to set. Use a wooden spoon to gently scrape the eggs back and forth as they cook.
Add the cream cheese to the pan, and continue to stir until the cheese is incorporated and the eggs are properly cooked.
Scrape the eggs onto a serving platter, and garnish with the spring onions before serving hot.
14 large free-range eggs
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
3 tbsp butter
170g cream cheese
3 tbsp spring onions, finely chopped
