Immune Boosting Smoothie


Add all of the ingredients to a blender and mix until fully combined.

Add water if necessary to make it the desired consistency and serve.


250ml almond milk (or dairy free alternative)

30g kale, stalks removed

½ mango, diced

½ banana

¼ tsp ground ginger

1 tbsp olive oil

¼ tsp turmeric powder
