High Protein Low Carb Prawns With courgette Noodles
Heat the butter and olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Add the prawns, garlic, and red pepper flakes and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until the prawns are pink and cooked through.
Remove the prawns from the frying pan and set aside.
Add the chicken broth and lemon juice to the frying pan and bring to a simmer.
Add the courgette noodles to the frying pan and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook until just tender, about 2-3 minutes.
Return the prawns to the frying pan with the courgette noodles and toss to combine.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste.
450g prawns, peeled and deveined

85ml chicken broth
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 medium courgette , spiralized
