High Protein Grilled Sirloin Steak With Peppers

Instructions

Preheat the grill to high heat.

Season the sirloin steaks with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes.

Add the sliced peppers to the bowl and toss well to coat.

Place sirloin steaks and peppers on the grill.

Grill sirloin steaks to desired doneness, around 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.

Flip the bell peppers occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred, around 10-12 minutes.

Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Serve sliced steak with roasted bell peppers on the side.
