Dark Chocolate Granola Bars
Preheat your oven to 170 degrees Celsius / 350 degrees F.
Apply cooking spray lightly on your baking pan.
Pulse together the walnuts, wheat, cherries, salt, and flaxseed in your food processor. Everything should be chopped fine.
Whisk together the honey, eggs, vanilla, and cocoa powder in a bowl.
Add the wheat mix to your bowl. Stir to combine well.
Include the chocolate chips. Stir again.
Now pour this mixture into your baking dish.
Sprinkle some chocolate chips and cherries on top.
Bake for 25 minutes. Set aside for cooling before serving.
Cut into 12 pieces. Allow 1 piece per serving.

60g of flaxseed
240g of walnuts
1 tsp of salt
60g dark cocoa powder
120g dark chocolate chips
1 tsp of vanilla
