High Protein Greek Yogurt And Berries Parfait


In a small bowl, mix Greek yoghurt and honey until well combined.

Layer the mixed berries and the yoghurt mix in a glass jar.

Top with granola and chia seeds.

120g mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)

1 tbsp honey

2 tbsp granola

1 tbsp chia seeds
