Banana Baked Oatmeal
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees celsius and line a small loaf tin with baking paper.
In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients until smooth.
Pour into the loaf tin and bake for 40 minutes until golden.
Serve with a tablespoon of greek yoghurt and banana slices.
80g rolled oats
1 banana, mashed
200g greek yoghurt
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
Extra banana and yoghurt to serve
