Mushroom and Tomato Baguette Pizza
Slice the baguette through the middle horizontally so you have two halves.
Using a spoon or knife, spread ½ the tomato paste on each half of the baguette.
Top the baguette with the mushrooms, then sprinkle on the cheese.
Grill for 10-15 minutes until the cheese has melted and serve.
1 Demi baguette
3 mushrooms, sliced
25 g cheddar cheese, grated
4 tbsp tomato paste
