Steak and Egg Hash
Add the butter to a pan on a medium heat, then add the steak and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes until browned, then set aside.
Place the potatoes in the pan and season with salt and pepper. Using a spatula and flatten the potatoes, then leave to cook for 5 minutes until golden underneath.
Add the onions and combine, then leave to cook for a further 5 minutes until the potatoes are completely browned.
Add the steak back into the pan and combine. Then create four indents and crack the eggs in each one. Cover the pan and cook until the eggs have reached your desired consistency, then serve.
300g steak, chopped into chunks
450g maris piper potatoes, peeled and diced
½ onion, diced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
