Chicken Tikka Masala Naan Pizza


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius and place the naan breads on a baking tray.

In a pan, add the olive oil and cook the onion on a medium heat for 2 minutes.

Next, add the chicken, peppers and tikka paste to the pan and coat. Cook for 8 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

Place the naan in the oven for 2 minutes to warm up.

Spread the yoghurt evenly over each naan, the top with the chicken mixture. Sprinkle the coriander leaves over the top and serve.


2 chicken breasts, cut into strips

½ red onion, sliced

1 green or red pepper, sliced

2 tbsp tikka paste

75g natural yoghurt

½ packet coriander

2 naan breads

1 tbsp olive oil
