High Protein Chicken And Vegetable Stir Fry
Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok.
Add chicken and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
Add more olive oil if needed and stir-fry peppers, onion, and garlic for 2-3 minutes.
Return chicken to the pan and stir-fry with vegetables for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
450g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
1 red pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced into thin strips
1 green pepper, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
