Bacon, Egg and Cheese Roll Up
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and pepper.
On a medium heat, add the butter to a pan and add the eggs. Cook for 3 minutes and scramble.
On a chopping board, lay out 3 pieces of bacon. Sprinkle cheese on the bottom third of the bacon, then add the egg to the top third. Roll up the bacon and repeat with the other 3 rolls.
Bring the bacon rolls to the pan and cook through until crispy, and serve.

6 eggs
75g cheddar cheese, grated
12 slices streaky bacon
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp butter
½ tsp ground black pepper
